Harrison and Annalise are thrilled to announce that we are uniting as one company, marking a significant milestone for the business, and accelerating AI-driven healthcare adoption globally. The two companies are combining forces to amplify our impact on a global scale.
The combined business will be led by co-founder Dr Aengus Tran, who will serve as CEO. Co-founder Dimitry Tran, will assume the role of Deputy CEO of the merged company.
We extend heartfelt appreciation to Lakshmi Gudapakkam, former CEO of Annalise, who recently transitioned from the business, for his invaluable contributions to shaping the company’s foundations. Dr Aengus Tran stated, “Thank you, Lakshmi, for being an integral part of our journey.”
Dr Tran continued, “As a combined business, we look to continue expanding to meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners, across key markets in the UK, EMEA, Asia and the Americas. We also look forward to the continued partnership with I-MED Radiology Network as a Harrison shareholder and board member.”
